We bring institutional-grade FP&A, M&A advisory, and financial operations to growth-stage businesses — without the cost of a full-time CFO.
From day-to-day bookkeeping to complex M&A transactions, Apex provides the financial expertise your business needs to scale, raise capital, and exit on your terms.
Senior financial leadership on a part-time basis. We embed into your team, own the finance function, and drive strategic decision-making without the full-time cost.
Dynamic financial models, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and scenario planning that give you clarity and confidence in every major business decision.
Buy-side and sell-side support including due diligence, deal structuring, valuation analysis, and post-merger financial integration.
Clean, accurate, and timely books managed by professionals who understand how your financials connect to your strategy. We go far beyond data entry.
Prepare your business for a capital raise with investor-grade financials, pitch deck support, data room preparation, and lender/investor Q&A coaching.
We prepare and review Quality of Earnings (QofE) reports that give buyers, sellers, and investors a clear picture of true business performance. Our QofE engagements cover normalization of EBITDA, identification of one-time and non-recurring items, revenue and customer concentration analysis, working capital peg analysis, and assessment of accounting policy risks. Whether you're preparing for a sale, responding to buyer diligence, or evaluating an acquisition target, our QofE work gives all parties the confidence to transact.
We help you identify, structure, and secure the right financing for your business — whether that's bank debt, SBA loans, mezzanine financing, or equity investment. We manage the process from lender selection to term sheet negotiation.
Deploy your capital with precision. We build frameworks to evaluate competing investments, prioritize growth initiatives, manage working capital, and ensure every dollar is working toward your strategic objectives.
